 How to Make Lodging Reservations:

Update/Changes Re: How to make a reservation:

A couple changes in making reservations this year. Now members can reserve a bed at any time. In the past we would not accept reservations until the Monday of the week you were heading up. Now as soon as the Steward list comes out you can reserve a month or more in advance if that’s what you chose to do. Just be aware however that you must cancel if you cannot make it. Since we have leased only the upstairs of the house, we may fill up and lock out another member from making a reservation. You will be responsible for the cost of a bed if you don’t show. This was always a rule, but one that never had to be enforced.  So if you made a reservation and suddenly can’t come up, it is very important that you call the steward to cancel.

• To reserve the Lodge, call the steward assigned to the nights you intend to STAY. All calls before 9:30 p.m. PLEASE. Note: You need the combination of the "key box" to get into lodge

• Non-members are expected to JOIN after two lodge visit/stays as guests. Reservations can be made for non-member guests after Tuesday evening at 9 p.m.

•  No-shows on sold-out nights must pay for nights they've reserved. Cancellations accepted if done in time.

Weekend members and guests must be at least age 18 (excepting "kid‘s weekends) Kids welcome all weekdays.

• Bring your own bedding/sleeping bag, towel, etc. Any "sheets" on the mattresses are meant as mattress covers

Reminder: WSC is not responsible for any items left behind. Also, please discard all food when leaving. Staying at WSC should be treated as a hotel stay.

Note- Please do not block the driveway when staying at the lodge. Respect others, leave clear passage to the house, leave room for plows. There is ample parking in the lot at the bottom of driveway. Thank You.

Local Ski Deals 2011 - 2012:

Welcome back for another year of Winter play in Southern Vermont. Mount Snow has the most 'fan guns' in North America providing the longest season in New England. Having a lodge in Wilmington is one of the best deals.

Mount Snow is having quite a celebration in honor of the new 6–pak chairlift, “The Bluebird Express”. You can access these deals from the Mt. Snow home page by clicking Bluebird Express Opening Day events including “Blue Tuesday” – wear blue to the ticket window and ski for $39.00. Pretty good deal! Every Tuesday til’ Christmas.
