How to Make Lodging Reservations:

• To reserve the Lodge, call the steward assigned to the nights you intend to STAY. Call the steward no sooner than Monday night for the following weekend. All calls before 9:30 p.m. PLEASE. Note: You need the combination of the "key box" to get into lodge

• Non-members are expected to JOIN after two lodge visit/stays as guests. Reservations can be made for non-member guests after Tuesday evening at 9 p.m. 

•  No-shows on sold-out nights must pay for nights they've reserved. Cancellations accepted if done in time.

Weekend members and guests must be at least age 18 (excepting "kid‘s weekends) Kids welcome all weekdays.

• Bring your own bedding/sleeping bag, towel, etc. Any "sheets" on the mattresses are meant as mattress covers

Reminder: WSC is not responsible for any items left behind. Also, please discard all food when leaving. Staying at WSC should be treated as a hotel stay.

Note- Please do not block the driveway when staying at the lodge. Respect others, leave clear passage to the house, leave room for plows. There is ample parking in the lot at the bottom of driveway. Thank You.

2000 - 2010 Yearly Dues fees: 11/1 - 10/31

  1. Single: $ 50.00

  2. Family: $ 75.00 (Couple with children under 18)

  New Member fee is $50.00/$75.00 year round

2009 - 2010 Club Lodging fees: Per Person

  $30.00 per day, any day

Welcome back for another year of Winter play in Southern Vermont. Mount Snow has the most 'fan guns' in North America providing the longest season in New England. Having a lodge in Wilmington is one of the best deals.

4.  Okemo - 60 minutes from lodge - Food Drive Sunday Dec. 6 Donate at least 3 non-perishables and ski for $30.00.

5. Stratton - 30 minutes from lodge - X2 Card for $69.00. Upon purchase get one free ticket. Then $30.00 off weekdays, $10.00 off non-holiday weekends

6. Magic - 45 minutes from lodge - Buy 3-pak, $120.00 before 12/1. No black-outs.

7. Bromley - 50 minutes from lodge - Lift ticket and lunch for $44.00 Tuesdays! All non-holiday weekdays are $39.00 no lunch.

8. Berkshire East - $30.00 non-holiday midweek.

9. Ascutney - 70 minutes from lodge - Two for Tuesday's, two ski for the price of one.

10. Sunapee - Food Drive Sunday, 12/6. Ski for $30.00 for at least 5 non-perishables. Two for one tickets on Wednesdays! Free lunch Thursday.
