 How to Make Lodging Reservations:

• To reserve the Lodge, call the steward assigned to the nights you intend to STAY. Call the steward no sooner than Monday night for the following weekend. All calls before 9:30 p.m. PLEASE. Note: You need the combination of the "key box" to get into lodge

• Non-members are expected to JOIN after two lodge visit/stays as guests. Reservations can be made for non-member guests after Tuesday evening at 9 p.m. 

•  No-shows on sold-out nights must pay for nights they've reserved. Cancellations accepted if done in time.

• Weekend members and guests must be at least age 18 (excepting "kid‘s weekends) Kids welcome all weekdays.

• Bring your own bedding/sleeping bag, towel, etc. Any "sheets" on the mattresses are meant as mattress covers

• WSC is not responsible for any items left behind. Also, please discard all food when leaving.

Note- Please do not block the driveway when staying at the lodge. Respect others, leave clear passage to the house, leave room for plows. There is ample parking in the lot at the bottom of driveway. Thank You.

2008 Yearly Dues fees: 11/1 - 10/31

  1. Single: $ 50.00
  2. Family: $ 75.00

2008 Club Lodging fees: Per Person

  1. Sunday thru Friday: $ 20.00
  2. Saturday night: $25.00
  3. Weekends - $45.00 - except for party event

  1. Your WSC membership entitles you to four lift tickets but the member must pay for the tickets
  2. Purchase tickets at Group Sales Office in the Sundance Lodge at Mount Snow, weekends and holiday between 7:30 and Noon. Mon-Fri 8:30 and Noon
  3. You must show your WSC membership card and photo ID

  5. Magic - (No Club Card needed) "Car-Load Wednesdays", every non-holiday Wednesday , $75.00 gets your whole car load of lift tickets
  6. Stowe - (Club Card needed and valid ID), Ski Club Appreciation Days, $38.00 tickets, Dec. 1-3,Jan 14-16 and Mar. 19-23
